For sponsors, biotech & CROs

A site you can put in your protocol.

You need to know three things before you select a site: can it recruit, can it execute, and will the data hold. Here is where we stand on each.

Can it recruit?

Proprietary patient databases, institutional agreements with clinics such as San Ignacio and Los Almendros, and a referral network across the Caribbean coast — reaching into Córdoba, Sucre and La Guajira beyond our three core departments. We pre-screen against your criteria before committing to a number — we will not quote you a recruitment rate we cannot defend.

Can it execute?

GCP certification from INVIMA (2024, under Resolution 2378 of 2008), an IPS licence from the Ministry of Health (2022), authorisation to run Phase I–IV clinical studies, eleven investigators, a research pharmacy, an on-site laboratory and our own institutional ethics committee, independently INVIMA-certified in 2024.

Will the data hold?

Study procedures run under our own SOPs with a single chain of custody from collection to international shipment. Monitoring space is available on site.

Before you decide

What sponsors ask first.

  • Can you recruit against a specific patient profile?

Yes. We run an adaptive collection process built around your specifications — for example, 50 dengue-positive patients aged 18–40 meeting a defined criterion.

  • What is your recruitment capacity?

Strong. Beyond our own databases, we hold institutional agreements with clinics such as San Ignacio and Los Almendros, plus a referral network across strategic clinics along the Caribbean coast — giving us fast, extended reach across Atlántico, Magdalena and Bolívar, and into Córdoba, Sucre and La Guajira when a protocol needs it.

  • Do you ship samples to the United States?

Every week. We handle the full shipping logistics ourselves — documentation and cold-chain coordination included — door to door.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Feasibility

Send a synopsis or a feasibility questionnaire. We answer with an honest read on patient access, investigator fit and capacity.

  2. 02

    Site qualification

We host your qualification visit and provide the regulatory, infrastructure and staffing documentation you need.

  3. 03

    Start-up

Ethics submission through our institutional committee, contract and budget, INVIMA pathway and site initiation.

  4. 04

    Execution

Recruitment, visits, sample handling, data entry, monitoring support and close-out.
