    Dedicated research pharmacy for investigational product receipt, storage, dispensing and accountability.

  • Biobank

    Institutional biobank for the storage of biological samples for current and future research use.

  • Apheresis

    Apheresis capability on site, supporting protocols with specialised collection requirements.

  • Temperature-controlled storage

    Monitored cold storage across four tiers — 2–8 °C refrigeration, -20 °C, -30 °C and -80 °C ultra-low freezers — for samples and investigational product.

  • Procedure room & consulting rooms

    Dedicated space for study visits, procedures and monitoring.

  • Vaccination

    Vaccination capability supporting prophylactic and therapeutic vaccine studies.

  • International sample logistics

    Weekly shipments to the United States, with the full logistics — documentation and cold-chain coordination — handled in-house, door to door.

Samples stay inside one controlled chain of custody, from the moment they are drawn to the moment they leave the country.

    Sample draw in-site, with procedure room, vaccination and apheresis capability.

  2. Processing

    Clinical laboratory and aliquoting under study-specific procedures.

  3. Storage

    Temperature-controlled storage and an institutional biobank.

  4. International Shipment

    Documentation and cold-chain coordination for cross-border transport.
